:: Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Services ::
All services must be paid in advance, no exceptions in any case. All payments to be received within (3) three days of all session(s).

Payments are to be paid directly to The Modern Man Dating PayPal or bank account. Once your payment is received by us, we will contact you to arrange your training session(s). Once payment is confirmed, an appropriate information pack will be e-mailed to your nominated e-mail address.

Cancellation must be within 72 hours of the booked appointment for any amount of refunds to be returned. Once you sign up for a particular service, you commit to it. Refunds will only be given back as credit where the client may book the program within 12 months of booking.

In order to qualify for the full refund, the student must actively participate in the dating workshop by doing at least 3 approaches as instructed by the dating coach after the theory session. An email must be send to The Modern Man stating the reasons for cancelling the workshop prematurely on the first night of the dating workshop.

All requests for refunds must be strictly in a written form (email) and must be send to us on the first night of the workshop for The Modern Man to review any refunds.

When a student signs up for the dating workshop with The Modern Man, 6-ebooks are automatically emailed to the student's email address supplied. These e-books are included as part of the bingo dating workshop fee. If the student decides to cancel the dating workshop and demands a refund, then the student will be charged for the e-books provided. Please refer to the index page for full details and prices regarding the e-books.

If you are rescheduling your appointment it must be made within 72 hours prior commencing your service. Once you attend programs there are strictly no refunds unless otherwise stated.
There are strictly no refunds for products such as E-Books or other electronic media.
               
:: Deposits ::
For courses booked over the internet, you will be explained at the time of the booking what the actual deposit is, generally, a non-refundable deposit of $100 per client. The payment balance is required 7 days before the course start date. If your deposit is not paid, your booking will be cancelled or postponed until the deposit is paid or the service fee is paid in full. If your balance is not paid on time, the deposit is non-refundable. The payment of a deposit constitutes your acceptance of all.


:: Promotional E-mails & Newsletters ::
If you are receiving a newsletter from The Modern Man and do not wish to receive this information, you should remove your details from our mailing list by replying to newsletter email with 'Unsubscribe' in the e-mail’s subject. Removal will be usually within 24 hours of your request.
